The Lexar NM620 1TB is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD designed for desktops, laptops, and other compatible systems with a PCIe Gen3x4 interface. It supports the NVMe 1.4 standard and uses 3D NAND flash, providing sequential read speeds of up to 3,500MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 3,000MB/s for the 1TB capacity.

The NM620 is designed for demanding everyday computing, gaming, and content-creation workloads.
